Loyal Hands was contracted to undertake and coordinate the construction project on behalf of the project owner. Our Role

As the contracted implementation partner, Loyal Hands took responsibility for the practical execution and coordination of the construction activities. Our responsibilities included:

• Supply of Construction Materials – Loyal Hands sourced and supplied the materials required for the construction works, ensuring that the project had the necessary resources for continuous implementation.
• Workforce Management – Loyal Hands recruited, coordinated, and managed the workers involved in the project, assigning responsibilities and monitoring their activities on site.
• Site Coordination – The team coordinated daily construction activities and ensured that different work components progressed in an organised manner.
• Project Implementation – Loyal Hands managed the execution of the assigned construction works on behalf of the project, translating the agreed requirements into practical on-site activities.
• Progress Monitoring – Work progress was monitored throughout implementation to support timely completion and maintain the required standards.
